Payment Policy & Order Terms

To help WD Florist prepare the materials and create each arrangement with the utmost care, please review the following terms:

1. Payment policy

A deposit of 50% of the order value is required to confirm your flower order and allow WD Florist to prepare the necessary materials. The remaining 50% must be paid before the product is delivered to you or the recipient. You may also choose to pay 100% of the order value in advance.

2. Product design

Every WD Florist product is handcrafted specifically for each order. Therefore, the finished arrangement cannot be identical to the reference image in every detail. WD Florist will preserve the agreed design direction, color palette, proportions, shape, and overall style.

3. Flower substitutions

Certain flowers may vary depending on seasonality, freshness standards, and availability from growers and suppliers. When a substitution is necessary, WD Florist will select flowers of comparable value, color, texture, and aesthetic quality so that the finished design retains its original character and quality.

4. Order confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once WD Florist has received the required deposit. Flower preparation and design scheduling will begin after confirmation.
